A Yin Workshop for a Busy Mind

If you often feel overstimulated with racing thoughts or unable to truly switch off, this workshop is for you.

In this two and a half-hour immersive experience, we’ll explore how stress impacts the nervous system - and how Yin Yoga can gently retrain the body toward safety and reconnection.

You’ll be guided through:
• A simple, accessible introduction to nervous system regulation
• Mindful breathing practises to reduce overwhelm
• A deeply restorative Yin sequence focused on softening tension (45-50 minutes)
• Journaling and integration to help you apply what you learn to daily life

For all levels of experience. No props necessary. Surprise treats provided!
