Originally from the South West of England, I now live in Madrid as a Health Coach and Yoga Teacher, with over 400 hours experience in somatic training practises.
I decided to become a Health Coach in order to help and connect with others who feel overwhelmed or like there is no one out there to listen. I have lived with Type 1 Diabetes for over 18 years, so I fully understand the daily decisions associated with living with a long-term condition and the effect that this fatigue can cause on our health.
I trained with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and I am now an active member of UKIHCA. Alongside Health Coaching, I also teach Yin Yoga classes locally in Madrid and I am currently part of a 4-year Feldenkrais training course.
